Strength And Care For Warriors Battling Mental Illness

When a child, teen, or young adult is admitted to a psychiatric hospital, it can be very scary and lonely.

While their friends are living life and having fun, they are locked in a dark place. 

We provide exciting care packages for the patient to enjoy either in the hospital if permitted or when they are discharged.

As well as visits to patients who are allowed visitors.

This gives the patient a sense of love and support; telling them that they are not alone! 

Chazak Care also provides care packages for our warriors going to treatment and throughout the year (including every major Jewish holiday) to give them a boost of Chizuk and support!

We are constantly expanding to meet the needs of those battling mental illness in the Jewish community by providing patient hospital advocacy and entire family relief support.

This includes individual and family Chol Hamoad and around the year activities and trips to major Jewish concerts and events.

Each warrior and their immediate family is considered and treated as a whole world of their own to us, and receive whatever individualized care and support they need to assist them in their mental health journey.
